Fran is an experienced commissioner of school buildings and understands the process of pupil place planning and the necessity to find the correct solution to meet budget and time constraints. She leads on the day to day operations of Sunesis with a focus on customers, ensuring the right solution is found for each individual circumstance.
Fran is passionate about positive outcomes for children and young people and is determined to ensure Sunesis does its part in supporting their education through high quality teaching and learning environments.
Simon brings to the Sunesis team extensive experience of designing and delivering national education projects. He is at the forefront for the design and business development of new Sunesis models, using off-site technologies.
Simon’s role is to strategically lead on design to enhance the customer experience. As Managing Director for Lungfish Architects Ltd, his team’s vision is people-centric and celebrates the design cycle through client engagement and implementing innovative bespoke, flexible and standardised design-led solutions to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
Tim leads on the commercial aspects of the Sunesis offer. This includes the development and refinement of new and existing models to ensure best value for customers, and the relationship management of Sunesis’ consultant and supply chain partners.
A Fellow of the CIOB and a Chartered Environmentalist, Tim studied at the University of Greenwich, before being subsequently awarded both an MBA and a RICS Post-Graduate Diploma from the University of Reading.
